Monitoring the pouch temperature is always below4°C
Monitoring the proper CIP for all packing machines
Monitoring the packing operations and ensure smooth and leak free pouches are filled
To maintain targeted yield per kg of poly film
Cleaning of all the machine in packing area and keep dry condition, over flowing of water/ milk should not be there.
Ensure leak free pouches are produced.
Ensure all the counters are in operation, and regular daily maintenance to be carried out without any omission for all packing machines.
The machine log book details should be entered in the respective shifts.
Ensure rational use of consumables to ensure effective leak free packing
Ensure packing as per the order requirement and avoid excess packing which leads to cutting
