The Account Manager we are looking for the person should have good knowledge of the computer and cable of handling any accounting package :-
Job Profile for Account Manager..
1. He / She will be head of the accounts dept directly reporting to MD. Delegate work to the staff and responsible for getting the work done on time with accuracy.
2. Coordinated with Auditors office and make auditor report and file ready for auditor as pre auditor requirement.
3. Monthly account finalization and closing, All the account reconciliation , Debtors, Creditors, Bank, all state liability ( he should be able to delicate the work to staff and get the work done and cross verify correctness) - Dead line second week .
4. GST Filling finalization , Refund , also coordinating with supplier for filling GST before two days from Govt deadline.
5. PF and Esi finalization 6. TDS Deduction and filling.
7. Export invoice checking and finalization.
8. Monthly salary finalization dead line 7th of each month.
9. Weekly wages finalization dead line every week by Friday.
10. supplier payment finalization only once in month dead line 3rd week.
11. Day to day document approval , Cash payment , Bank payment , purchase entry voucher approval in system etc.
12. Product costing checking and approval and price change checking and approval in system.
13. Make sure all the filling is done correctly Guiding staff.
14. Monthly reports P&L , Expenses Analysis, Weekly cash follow, any required report by management or auditor.
