Coordinating to External & Customer Audits

Knowledge of Management Review Meeting (MRM) in every quarter and Decisions making as per Top management’s instructions and follow up to close them properly.
Reviewing all department’s Measure of Performance (i.e. MOP / KPI) against fixed Target and collecting, verifying and submitting CAPA for non- achieved objectives and improvement plan for achieved objectives to Top Management in every month.
Quality Deviation highlights to supplier and Process Audit at supplier end.
Developing new suppliers for Galvanizing and Shot blasting
Handling of customer complaint& Rejection and submit the CAPA for same.
Preparation of monthly presentation for MRM review and Customer Review
Conducting Process Audit and Product for the internal products.
Knowledge of System Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit and suppliers audit as per Plan
Documentation work against ISO 9001: 2008 & ISO/TS 16949: 2009.
Responsibility person for Quality Assurance and Quality control in both fabricated, Pressed & Machined Automotive products
