Knowledge of advance tool manufacturing processes
Knowledge of advance tool material availability
Knowledge of tool steel heat treatment and advance processes.
Interfacing with customers to understand their technical requirements
Preparing product structures & drafting of Technical Operation Standards based on original design inputs to facilitate smooth production
Be able to read technical drawings.
You must have previous Tool room Management experience
Experienced in using hand presses, bowers and Power presses.
Set up the Tooling Division from start to finish
Knowledge of New Tool Manufacturing,Experience in Progressive Tool Preferred, Tool Developer, Press tool Maintenance, press shop work experience,Knowledge of Autocad and Design experience.
