Responsible for the entire financial activities of an Export oriented Company located in Hosur.
Knowledge of Tally must for this position.
Knowledge of GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3 filings is a must for this position.
Performs cash management function by reconciling cash and investments.
Should have the knowledge of Import and Export document procedures.
Monthly P&L Account, Finalizing of monthly budget fund requirement details for Day to Day Expenses and as well as for local, Statutory and Urgent payment.
Prepares monthly financial reports and various related statements that reflect the department’s financial condition.
Performs cash management function by reconciling cash and investments.
Supervises the departmental accounting function and coordinates the completion of periodic financial statements and record keeping.
Advises department head and managers on the use and source of funds.
Purchases commodities, services and capital items, spot checks shipments for quantity and quality.
Maintains records of contracts, makes estimates of work and material costs.
Ensures that records for internal and external audits are prepared.
Ability to analyse expenditures such as cost of personnel, equipment, supplies for budget preparation and to projects expenditures basing estimates on past expenses.
Knowledge of PF, ESI and other statutory per government rules and regulations will be preferred.
