* Moniter CCPs( metal detector and conditioning time) once in every 4 hours
* Verification of equipment cleaning records - onsite and record review
* Audit the facility and maintan GMP audit checklists once in every 2 hours
* Inspection of personal hygine in the production shop floor
* Finished product testing befor product release to the market
* Verification of storage practice ( to comply with GMP / Food safety norms)
*Inspection of Packing material for specification as and when requires
