To check the dispatch date and the transporter details on the system for ensuring timely receipt of material from MSIL.
To generate the ship list.
To generate unloading document to track the number of cartons at the time of unloading the consignment.
To receive the invoice at the time of delivery and check the quantity received.
To provide Proof of Delivery (POD) clearance at the time of receipt to the transporter.
To tally the consignment against the ship list and supervise binning in the consolidation / inward area.
To identify and report discrepancies at the time of receipt to Head-Warehouse for ensuring necessary action.
To create the binning summary with all the details required (binning quantity, time taken, employees involved, discrepancy) and submit to warehouse manager.
To identify and report transit damage to Head-Warehouse at the time of receipt for claiming insurance.
To ensure the up-keep and maintenance of aisles/ racks allotted in the warehouse on a daily basis.
To Plan 5S activities.
Perpetual Inventory Implementation through the team.
To submit the perpetual inventory report with the Parts quantity defined for auditing of inventory to warehouse manager.

Others

To direct and support subordinates (Pickers & binners) in day-to-day activities.
