  • Should have a strong hands on experience in APQP , PPAP, PSW sign offs,
  • Thorough in fixtures and gauges development + dimension checks + buyoffs
  • Should be strong in product , process evaluation methods.
  • Candidate must have good communication skills  + strong in customer handling.
  • Project management is an additional add on if he had.
  • Should POSSES , Presentations + basic 7QC method of approaches  , documentations , 8D approach.
  • CAPA submission, CMR report preparation + should posses root cause analysis capabilities
