Also , should be capable to advise the team in day to day maintenance activities . Should work with a Team & to assist Department Head in all his Departmental activities .Should have thorugh knowledge in Pressure Die Casting Machine maintenance knowledge &
➢ Maintenance and trouble shooting of All types of Pressure Die Casting Machines
Must have well versed in Hydraulic knowledge . Diagnosing breakdown problems. ➢ Preparation & maintenance MTTR, MTBF monthly data for line wise and machines wise.
➢ Directing, Instructing and supervising maintenance technicians and fitters
➢ Preparation of daily, weekly & Monthly Maintenance related reports
➢ Analysis of root cause of Break downs and rectification.➢
