Entire QA & QC department activities, Managing sobordinates, Quality checking for herbal raw material, documentation, audit facing, USFDA audit knowledge, Process quality control, Qualified for PCQI training/relevant experience is preferred,
Perform and review microbial, physical and chemical analysis for the raw material, in-process and finished products
- Reviewing all completed production records and determine if product is suitable to be released
- Assisting overseeing quality systems, procedures and records necessary to develop and manufacture dietary supplements products
- Assure that SOP is in compliance
- Conduct internal quality audits
- Assisting plant training programs and maintains training records
- Preparation of the Food Safety Plan
- Validation of the Preventive Controls
- Records Review
- Reanalysis of the Food Safety Plan, and other activities as appropriate to the Food Supplement
- Assist answering customer complaints, inquiries and conduct investigations as needed
- Managing records of deviation reports accordingly to SOP
