Responsible for overall process management for the ePublishing team.
Should be process vigilant and ensure the automation tools are working as required.
Should be responsible for testing automation tools and work with the software team to fix the bugs.
Should train the production team members in new products and tools before deployment.
Responsible for improving the overall efficiency and quality of the deliverables through constant enhancement of tools.
Identifying process gaps in production and fix it through creating new tool requirements, rigorous tool testing, training and implementation.
Should estimate project hours and set target for the production team.
