Description

Role: Project Leader - CAE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 members and responsible for their throughput
  • Responsible for Planning, Coordination, Monitoring & Status reporting
  • Responsible for Deliveries On-time with Quality
  • Lead engineer on CAE programs
  • To handle Enquiries / Projects, prepare – Proposal, Work Breakdown structure, Work Instructions, Quality Control plan etc
  • To do comparative study for Numerical & Analytical Method of a given case
  • To document FEA findings and Interpret analysis results to convert them to design suggestions / improvements.
  • To perform and present gate reviews both internally and with customers
  • Capable of performing all the functions of a CAD Designer
  • Work as part of team

o CAE Tools - Hypermesh/ Ansa / Ansys / Abacus / Nastran / LS-Dyna / CFD Tools o CAD Tools – Creo / Catia / Solidworks / Inventor  Hands on Experience in Linear, Non-Linear, Thermal, Modal, Dynamics & CFD  Core Experience in all 3 stages of FEA – Pre-Processing, Solving & Post-Processing
