Responsible to
· Manage and moniter the systems & IT infrastructure devices
· Installing,configuring,testing and maintaining/troubleshooting operating systems,application software and system management tools
· Respond & resolve breakdown calls
Knowledge in
· Assembling & troubleshooting on hardware issues
· Installation & troubleshooting on the Windows/Linux base servers & desktop and Network devices (Access point/Wi-Fi/Firewall)
· Involvement in implementing development activities
