Responsibility :
1.Achieve Daily production as per production plan.
2.Execution and implementation of planned production schedules meeting all quality norms and achieve defect free production in all components.
3.Work Allotment and Execution.
4.Provide PPE and consumables for subordinates.
5.On the job training for welder, helper and operator.
6.Ensuring good house keeping and safety.
7.Ensure good working conditions of all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures etc. placed under your charge.
8.At the end of shift update the production Plan / Actual, operator card and Machine card.
9.Co-ordinate with maintenance department for machine maintenance/ Breakdown.
10.Maintain the identification tag for OK products, rejected products, Non conformance products, identify the next process.
11.Ensure availability of flow charts, control plans and Work standard for every product and its processes.
12.Declare the process scrap on the daily basis and ensure the quantity matches with the opr card.
13.Interact with all other department heads for continuous improvements in all production activities.
14.Daily and weekly machine loading plans to be finalized and implemented.
15.Continuously improve the capability/capacity and reduce the cycle time to increase productivity.
16.Ensure Discipline among the workmen.
17.Follow procedure as per IATF 16949:2016 QMS.
