To conduct monthly motivational programs with the site workers
Providing weekly safety education & promotional activities
Preparation of Site emergency evacuation plan
Preparation of SOP/HIRA as per job requirement
Monitoring of site safety on regular basis and maintaining record of safety
Executing monthly safety audit
Maintaining safety observation register
Preparation & maintenance of Accident / incidence record register as per safety manual
Ability to prepare 'Near Miss Incidence' report, analysis of first aid cases
Ability to conduct mock drill at site; maintenance of records of such mock drills.
Physical inspection of Lifting tools & tackles, maintenance of TPI & internal records on such inspections
Weekly & monthly check list maintenance for construction equipment & consumables
Ability to conduct monthly safety committee meeting & keeping records of such meetings
