Opening for Farm management Assistant
JOB DETAILS (JD) :- Will be responsible for actual implementation of productivity enhancement techniques on the farmers field and ensuring that they are getting better yields. He will also be responsible for on-ground Execution Activities about Agricultural cultivation
• Male candidate with 1-2 years of exp in Farm management ( Farms of Vegetables, Fruits , Multi crops) with Horticulture/Agriculture qualification
• Candidate should be able to manage farms of 50 to 500+ acres
• Should be conversant of identifying seeds appropriate to the land, location, supply chain, labor availability, season, water source .
• He should be able to manage the team in achieving the organization objectives.
• 1-2 years of exp in Farm management ( Farms of Vegetables, Fruits , Multi crops) with Horticulture/Agriculture qualification

Eligibility:
B.Sc(Agriculture) / Diploma (Agriculture) or relevant degree. 1 to 2 years of similar experience.
Freshers in Agriculture background can also apply. Freshers in non-agricultural background, please do not apply
Reday to travel across Tamil Nadu, should have Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc. should have Good communication and Team work skills.
Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 (depends on qualification & experience)
