To prepare, maintain and ensure timely closure of recoverable payments from customers and handle day to day accounting activities.
To prepare cheques and get it approved by OPERATIONS MANAGER for making payments on the due date to concerned parties.
To prepare and maintain documents relating to bank reconciliation statements, and other banking activities.
To handle day-to-day cash transactions, prepare and maintain documents relating to day-to-day financial transactions.
To prepare reports of financial details for month-end closing and audits.
To undertake tax related activities (like Sales Tax/VAT, road permits, income tax, C forms, etc).
To keep a record of discrepancy reports raised to MSIL and action received (with response time) and also to track & record all financial transaction.
To maintain and record office files and documents for efficient handling and retrieval.
To update and maintain the office display board with the details of day-to-day service ratio targeted sales vs. achieved sales, and total sales on daily basis.
To manage and supervise the housekeeping services and office infrastructure facilities.
