Job Description : Franchise Manager

Work Location: Tirupur

Developing new franchise by planning and organizing, meeting with exclusive investors and bringing strong insight to the task of creating new franchise.
Expertise in Franchise business development.
Achieving the monthly / yearly sales target and ensure continuous revenue growth.
Interacting with client to analyze the business model and develop the franchise business.
Developing business plan and sales strategy based on the location to ensure the profitability.
Planning on marketing strategies like initiating promotional activities, investor meet, distributor meet and events related to client acquisition.
Ensuring service standard consistency in delivery and will act as one point of contact for all the branches of Franchise’s.
Drafting business proposals & agreements by analyzing client’s business.
Strong in price negotiation and closing the business deal in a profitable model.
Attending trade shows and professionally representing our brand across all the location in India.

Desired Skills

Must have good English communication skills.
Preference will be given with multilingual personality specifically Telugu, Kannada, Hindi & Malayalam.
Prior experience in textiles sales / retail sales is must.
Willing to travel as per business requirement.
