Responsibility:
1. Check list for all Press Tool, welding Fixture, Jigs and machines-Daily Audit.
2. Co-ordinate with Production department for preventive and breakdown machine maintenance and same will be recorded.
3. Break down maintenance. Maintain thro' log book ( PMD & Production register), break down slip and same will be recorded.
4. Responsible for maintenance of all the Press Tool, welding Fixture, Jigs Spares to replace with in time so that the production plan should not effect.
5. Involve yourself totally with full dedication in your work and contribute fully for achieving the objective of Total Productive Maintenance.
6. Available for carrying out emergency work at any point of time.
7. Understanding TPM concepts fully and achieve zero breakdowns and accidents in the above.
8. Constantly strive to learn and improve your knowledge and bring about continuous improvements in your maintenance activities.
9. Co- ordinating with different level of Auditors.
10. Take necessary action to solve the Customer Complaints or to meet the customer requirements.
11. Producing defect free products.
12. 5 's' Activity fellow up.
