Work with cross -functional team on mechanical design work to develop the concept of complete test Equipment/fixtures and related part development.
Responsible for converting the concepts/ideas to an exact workable solution.
Responsible for communication with suppliers on manufacturing-related issues and discuss designs with suppliers/vendors and address any technical issues.
Manage & maintain engineering database to ensure all documents (drawing, 3D models, BOM etc) are up to date
Responsible for creating the Dimensional drawings, Main assembly drawings, Part drawings, and complete Bill of Material for tools/equipment and fixtures.
Responsible for solving mechanical problems on the shop floor (test Lab) by working closely with a team of technicians in existing equipment and carry out upgrades as needed to meet new requirements.

Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components/equipment/fixtures to ensure design criteria and specific requirements are met.
Responsible for DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis ) on the new design and concepts.
