Area of Responsibility :
Selling vehicle to the customer by going to their spot and contacting the right person. Maintain customer relationship and make them feel satisfied.
Establish the brand name “Jailaxmi Group”.
Enquiry generation through Cold Calls (Old customer contact/ Opinion makers/ Service Advisors/ Banks/ Competition prospects, etc.,)
Execution of Sales promotional events. Follow up for Field enquiries.
Making product presentation & explaining Product comparisons to customers. Handling vehicle demos and test drives.
Suggesting finance schemes & packages to the customers.
Advising customers on various statutory and legislative requirements (Vehicle registration, insurance, etc., Explaining warranty terms, imitations of warranty & preventive maintenance.
Advise the Sales Manager on various promotional strategies for various products. Handling customer complaints and grievances, if any.
Generate and updating new customer database.
Competitor’s intelligence gathering.
Weekly/ Monthly tracking of competition sales with data from dealership/ RTO, etc., Ensuring sales with 100% Insurance & AMC.
Job Qualification:
– Any Degree/ Diploma
– 4 to 6 years
