Everyday Morning executive must post in respective whatsapp group on his day work plan with deliverables details and in evening on the day work completed /with status on results
The Executive must plan first 15 Days work for New dealer appointment (Vacant Areas/ Non performing districts) and Sales Promotions activity for New /key Products – Baler /Plough
New Dealer Appointment: He need to scout/source minimum 30 – 40 potential parties per district and finalize three interested parties and evaluate them and recommend proposals to Head office.
The identified interested parties will be evaluated by the H.O teams and their HOD
Once these parties are analysed & final one is decided, Our executive to organise payment from that shortlisted final dealer for billing
usually 15 to 22 Days Executive must give field support to new dealer where they appointed new dealers in previous two months and they have to organise their training & handholding for enquiry generation , conversion , Market details ,competition products ,Financiers details/empanelment & local coordination for tie up, state subsidy ,Tractor dealers and dealer executive tie up , mechanic tie up and commission agent tie up etc
He has to do regular follow up on Agri department on subsidy allocation /schemes , districtwise status etc for generating enquiries and subsidy sales
Our executive to organise & ensure with his dealers to have minimum 1 person for telemarketing and ensure in calling every day their area customers and in generating adequate hot prospects
Filed executive must follow up with respective dealer executive (field and Telecall) & ensure with them enquiry generation & hot prospects adequacy and on their conversion for sales
Filed executive must have to maintain the dealer wise , product wise hot prospect list and they have to ensure with respective dealer’s teams that every dealer have 6 times (extra) hot prospects against their given Target & if else , they have to ensure further hot prospects generation
Field executive has to report dealerwise stock fortnightly and he need to monitor the secondary sales of the dealer
For New product, executive can do some telecall or he can take help of H.O team for telecall generate enquiry(Telecall/Reference/SMS Blast/Brokers/Mechanics /Tractor DSE) and he can go to field and arrange product demo
Executive to plan his field tour accordingly against his given sales Target & all developmental activities planned for every respective month.
Minimum touring days 12 to 15 days every month
Executive has to track every hot prospectwise status for conversion at his end almost every day
Executive to ensure NIL overdue outstanding with his all dealers at all times
Executive is directly responsible in ensuring his secondary sales in his assigned area atleast equal to the primary billing no given in that month
continuous monitoring of Competition activities, schemes , Network etc & to report /update to HO regularly
