QPay Agents will act as the Customer touch points to carryout various services on behalf of the customers through QPay REACH Mobile application. Customers who come to QPay agents can avail of various services like Bill payments,Ecommerce, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service (AEPS) etc by paying CASH to QPay Agents. The main advantage for customers is that they need not travel to towns to perform these services and can fulfil these requirements from the nearby QPay Agents in their villages.
QPay Agents will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding the requirements and suitably fulfil their needs through QPay REACH application. They will also be responsible for taking the various QPay services to the people in villages, conduct awareness campaigns etc to benefit the customers.
QPay Agents should also interact with QPay to enable smooth delivery of services to the public.
