Candidates having Standing arrears and less academic percentage are also eligible to apply for this recruitment drive.
Initial rounds of Recruitment process consists of Online Qualifying rounds which have sessions and can be attended from your home using Laptop/Desktop along with a Web Camera and Mic, each session will be to test candidate's Aptitude and coding skills and the preferred language for coding test can be C / C++ or Java.
Offer Includes:
a) Candidates who perform well in the recruitment drive will be offered both internship and Job. The job offer will be confirmed when the results are declared (before the internship)
b) Candidates who are selected for the offer will be given a three months internship. This is to familiarise you with the technologies we are working with.This internship period also serves us a bridging period between the industry demands and theoretical knowledge and helps you in defining your career growth.
c) On successful completion of the internship the candidate will be given a certificate of completion and will be absorbed as a Developer - Trainee.
d) The package for the position of Developer - Trainee is INR 3.0 LPA.
e) Candidates who show average performance in this recruitment drive but has a potential for Job offer will be initially provided with three months of Internship. During the internship, based on performance, job offer will be provided.
