Description

  • Should come in shifts and arrange manpower and materials for the production.
  • Should produce the materials qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Should follow the standard operating procedures.
  • Should complete the batches within the cycle time of the batch.
  • Should take the samples of the batches and check the parameters are within the specs.
  • Should inform any break downs to the maintenance and complete the work fastly.
  • Should take care of running soft water plant, R.O water plant, raw water, Boiler, diesel generator.
  • Should encore safety in work spot for the workers to work safely by making arrangements for them like safety equipments and safety conditions.
  • Should report to the Plant Manager.
  • Should maintain the production vessels and the production area neat and clean at all times.
  • Should record all the shift activities in the shift log book, batch ticket without any missing.
  • Should maintain the supervisors and the workers such that they feel they are highly responsible for the activities they do.
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, the employee has to comply with the other works assigned by the management.
