Description

The Compliance and Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial,
compliance management, HR and MIS-Software (management information system) of the
organisation, working collaboratively to ensure compliance with internal policies and
procedures as well as donor/govt. regulations. The person works under the direction of the
leader is responsible for all financial, compliance, HR and MIS functions in the Organisation.
The person also assists the leader and the board in all secretarial work.
