SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANALYSIS THE NATURE OF COMPLAINT AND TO PROVIDE BETTER SOLUTION TO CUTOMER AS PER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL WITH CUSTOMER ALSO TILL THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED TO CUSTOMER

TILL FINAL CALL TICKET CLOSER , SHOULD INTERACT WITH CUSTOMER WITH SMOOTH WAY AND TO FULFILL THEIR NEEDS

IF CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED THEN THE CALL MUST BE CLOSED AND REVIEW MUST BE TAKEN THROUGH APP..
