Planning and managing the men power according to proficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of resources (like manpower, material, machinery and Method).
Execute & Supervise the day-to-day entrusted maintenance activity per the approved plans with PTW regulations and complying with all quality requirements.
Execute equipment operational work at site as per the system, ensure compliance with Safety norms.
Workout maintenance and operational schedule and important works for all equipment’s.
Do the Root cause failure analysis / break down failure analysis for the breakdown/Critical equipment’s.
Do the planning effective preparation for Preventive or time based, predictive maintenance & Shut down maintenance schedules as per requirement of the equipment’s.
