Key responsibilities
Conduct pre-order / pre-installation visits to evaluate site conditions for the proper installation of the proposed or ordered products
Provide technical support to the sales team for recommending the right products based on customer site conditions
Assess and submit to customers the list of items to be purchased under the ‘Client Scope’
Carry out on-site installation and commissioning of the ordered products
Give on-site training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance activities to be undertaken at the users’ end
Complete mandatory service visits and attend to the service requests from customers on a timely basis
Work towards achieving high FTR scores and reduce pendency
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of Maintenance Contracts (AMCs / ACMCs)
Responsible for Service related revenue generation (Maintenance Contracts and Spares)
Maintain and update service information (Complaints, Failures, fixes applied, spare parts replaced etc) in the company’s CRM- enterprise database
