Job description

                 An Associate Student Counsel & Tele Caller is an important role within sales team. Provides administrative support and is involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process.

  • First point of contact for all Information centres.
  • Handling walk-ins & counselling new registrations / re-registration / re-sitting / re-admission.
  • Making the first level calls for counselling and introducing WPU Rise to Students and convincing them for enrolling in online courses
  • Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
  • Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls
  • Organizing counselling programs
  • Reporting on daily status of leads and conversions
  • Call center Sales
