First 2 weeks you will be given training and coaching to attend an IRDA Government Exam. Government Exam Fees Rs.650. After that, you will be given the offer letter, Id card, etc., from Aditya Birla Sun Life insurance company.
For the first six months, you will be on a training period in which you will be trained and taught about Life Insurance, same time you will be selling those products and also you will be having a target. For that you will be paid 15000 rs as standard salary plus incentives for your work.
After that, you will build a team under you and advice them to promote the product, You will also have an increment of 5000 rs. The total salary will be 20000 rs per month.
If you are interested we shall proceed with this. Otherwise, we will look for a suitable position.
