Job Description: • Identifying candidates through use of Various Portals • Scheduling Interviews following the procedures of the company with excellent soft skills. • Analytically Profound candidate with strong Mental skills and confidence is required. • Screen candidates through primary interviews and online testing • Engaging candidates building rapport and assessing suitability for live and pipelining vacancies • Short listing and presenting those candidates who are the best possible fit for the role • Work in conjunction with the onshore recruitment team to ensure fulfillment of all roles. Also fulfil the expectations of Production and Quality managers periodically.
• Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies improving the CVs to Interview to Hire ratios • Organise interviews ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the hiring manager • Managing Internal HR activities and employee relationships, Promoting Soft Skills enhancement, Organizing Events during Client visits, Propelling the energy of the team to lift production and customer satisfaction • Experience in direct interaction with international clients to understand their requirements for service delivery • Must have led a team of 100+ in previous company • Absolutely fluent in English (No MTI) • Should have tactics and mechanism to reduce Freshers Attrition • Valid experience in adjusting pay scales such that Employees growth hierarchy is well promoted. • Tracking Employees Performance, promotion and progress curve right from Day 1 to final day. • Coordinating with Admin Executives and Monitoring the Administration department • Fulfilling Managements expectations on resources and expense planning. • Excellent Team binding Skills and Motivational/Inspiring speech capable. • Build talent pool for all the critical roles by assessing employees and their abilities. Also enhancing the company's profile database by posting JOB ads and promoting it in social sites. • Drive Performance Management & Rewards for the employees. Allocate Annual Loyalty allowances based upon performances • Manage Other Technical, IT Support and Maintenance staff NOTE THAT NO WALKIN's WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
