Desired Skill set

  • Any graduate  More than 1 year in Recruitment preferably in BPO and ITES industry
  • Prior experience in Bulk / Volume hiring / Sourcing / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment 
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal (Mandatory) 
  • Preferably from BPO / ITES / Call Center Background / Skill development programs
  • Should be excellent in Headhunting and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in PPT
  • Should know document preparations for Government Projects and Tenders
  • Should have Knowledge in Campus Recruitment from Various Sources
  • Good knowledge in Ms-Office, Internet, social media marketing and CRM
  • Knowledge in Handling JOB Portals and Classifieds
  • Accountable for converting from enquiries into Joining the Team
