Support seniors in the implementation of major capacity expansion / technical modification / up gradation programs within the production process to cope up with the increase in line capacity / customer requirements keeping in line with improved standards of quality / safety.
Monitor the production process and suggest improvements in the working of the machine / improvement in machine cycle speed / reduction of change over time to enhance the capacity utilization of respective lines
Implement key process improvement initiatives to be taken-up by the shop-floor rules and regulation, from time to time by in accordance with organizational guidelines
