Description

Supervision of specific production process downstream in the value chain and associated imported specialized poultry processing machines. Candidates with a background in Food Engineering preferred. Candidate must possess strong knowledge in machine operations and a prior exposure to food production. Must have mechanical, electrical and instrumentation aptitudes alongside food production protocols. Candidate must be able to co-ordinate between production and equipment maintenance.
