Maintenance Supervisor for food-processing plant. Major responsibilites include:
Preventive, breakdown and condition monitoring of food-processing equipment.
Supervise machine start-up and daily maintenance procedures. Fine tuning of equipment to meet product specifications. Major equipments work under Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Thermal principles. Strong theoretical and working knowledge in these subjects required.
Perform troubleshooting and fault finding on equipment. Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Improvement, MTTR/MTBF betterment, Plant Downtime minimization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement.
Supervise and execute Joining/Fitting/Welding, Machine Assembling/Dismantling/Overhauling, Steam Pipeline/Ammonia Pipeline jobs as and when required.
Manage team of junior fitters, assistants and mechanics. Carrying out Improvement Programs, TPM and training programs organized by the Company.
