Responsibilities include analysis of food, water and environmental samples. Must perform sample preparation and analysis at the in-house food laboratory. Must possess strong knowledge in the concepts and must have good exposure in handling lab instruments. Must be well versed in statutory standards for food safety, food defence and food fraud in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices, HACCP, FSSAI, FSSC, EIA, BRC and ISO 17025. Candidates with training/certification as Lead Auditors/Trained professionals in any of the above systems will be preferred.
