Job description for Project Manager
The role of the project Manager is to meet the Urban Local bodies and give the solutions for Municipal solid waste (MSW) and Scrap Materials to ULB. The project Manager will give the detailed report for Waste Collection from the ULB.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To meet municipality Health officer (MHO) or sanitary Inspector to explains about waste care services
Auditing town panchayat Waste Management Process for Public service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Help prepare budgets
Analyze risks and opportunities
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Collect Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Scarp Materials from Municipalities.
Give the detailed report for waste collection.
Working Condition:
Project Manager works only six days in a week (Sunday Off) and able to complete all the projects give time frame.
Project Manager works in outside the Office. It’s based on the Meeting schedule and 80% of work has in outside the office.
