Description

Lab Chemist for Soybean crushing plant. Responsibilities include:

  • Proximate analysis and cooking paramters analysis of bulk oilseed raw materials and finished goods.
  • Edible oil parameter analysis - FFA, I.V., Colour, Refractive Index, TFM, Acid Value. Must have experience in operating Lovibond Tintometer, ATAGO refractometer.
  • Raw & Effluent water analysis.
  • Coal & Firewood analysis.

Ideal candidate should have an educational qualification in Chemistry, working knowledge in operating lab analytical instruments and a minimum 2 year work experience in Solvent extraction industry or Animal Feed industry.
