  • Sourcing and Group Formation.
  • Conduct CPV (Contact Point Verification)
  • Conduct CGT (Continuous Group Training)
  • Organize and Prepare customers for Group Recognition Test
  • Conduct Center Meeting Process & done Collection.
  • Loan maintenance & Other Responsibilities
  • Doing collection of Loan EMI
  • Follow up with customer for Loan Collection
  • Verifying the Customer KYC(ID Proofs) before approving loans
