Prepare Quality assurance plan / Process Control Sheet as per Code & client requirements and distribute and retrieval of the same.
Inspect Incoming materials as per QAP,P.O, Drawings, Codes & Standards
Prepare Stage and Incoming material inspection reports required as per the QAP
Co-ordinate with Inspection agencies and client inspection
Prepare final documentation for completed jobs
Control Non-conformance of products
Ensure implementation of Work instructions and Procedures
Prepare and maintain Calibration records
Control and Ensure Welding parameters are as per the Procedures
Verify the Welding electrode baking and holding oven log sheets.
Contractors are to be trained to do things “Right at the First time”
Inspect in process, stage and Final inspection of jobs handled with reference to the QAP / drawings
Ensure production processes are as per the QAP
Inspect In process, stage & Final inspection of the jobs handled at shop and vendor ends
Prepare in-process, stage and final inspection reports
Ensure identification and traceability
Maintaining all QMS records related to Quality Assurance & control.
