HR Manager - Agil Intimates (Salary - 15K to 20K depending upon experience.)
- HR Manager in a company that runs multiple retail stores.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HR based Degrees are Preferred (or Any degree with significant experience in HR)
2. Age - 25 to 30, Gender - Male
3. Previous Experience in HR - min 2 years
4. Computer Proficiency - Ability to work with Microsoft applications required for the job
5. Ability to understand and speak English
6. Knowledge and experience in basic HR operations as in the above-mentioned roles
7. Knowledge and experience with Basic Labour laws and interactions with labor offices.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Salary, compensations, ESI, PF, Insurance
2. Staffing and recruitment
3. Legal Matters and Labour Office interactions
4. Handling employee grievances and Employee Assistance
5. Basic Performance Management
6. Maintenence of Reports and Reporting to Management.
