Obtain business information and procurement leads.
Track deadlines and timelines & track the status of proposals after submission.
Follow up on the post- proposal debriefing meetings to discuss processes & all pertinent issues.
Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly geared towards a profitable & sustained growth.
Analyze the different market sectors and trends within the pharmaceuticals and medical supply business segment, determine their impact on the business, design and execute the most appropriate market approach strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of successful in business development experience.
Should have well connected network in the Software & BPO industry.
Managerial experience in the ITES or healthcare services.
Excellent skills in research, negotiation, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
In- depth knowledge of Business Strategies.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
FEMALE CANDIDATES who are fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil are preferred.
