Description

JOB PROFILE:

 

  • Identifying the right talent by leveraging on various sources, screening candidates, identifying the best fit and on-boarding the candidates
  • Manage day to day HR functions, compensation & benefits, payroll Support, performance feedback cycle and employee relations
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Improving employee engagement, team development and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Ensuring compliance of employment laws; designing and implementing of HR policies & procedures
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Organize events /seminars /workshops /Team Outings for employee satisfaction
  • Work with the finance team to process monthly payroll
  • Hearing and resolving employee grievances
