Description

  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Responsible for document management systems
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external provider
  • Knowledge in PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, QFD, 8D & 7QC tools.
  • Implementing Kaizen Activities for improving manufacturing Line
  • Guidance to Maintain ISO Standards, Quality Manual, Procedure Manual, Control of Documents and Control of Records.
