Description

As Design Engineer you will be responsible to focus on feasibility studies, evaluations, Design, Development and Testing prototype for customer requirements related to Mechanical and Electrical concepts and solutions. Collaborate closely with the vendor teams to ensure that design specifications are met, and assembly is completed.  Handel Internal and External Stakeholders for Concept Evaluation and Design

Evaluation, to support the customer technically by successfully penetrating the potential Project market in the region and leveraging Vibrant strength.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To study and suggest design & concept development as per the requirement of the customer, prepare the Concept design proposal for Mechanical operation aspects aligned with the customer requirement
  2. Kinematics Knowledge for designing automation Application as per customer specification. 
  3.  Special Purpose Machine (SPM), and Simple mechanical fundamental application knowledge is required to understand the basic applications like Machine Guard safety, Simple Structure etc.
  4. Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs. 
  5. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  6.  Liaising with clients, Internal engineers, and Vendors to ensure coherence.
  7. Prepare Concept for Machine Automation with Electrical and Electronics Equipment’s like PLC,
  8. Servo, VFD and Sensors.
  9. Selection of Proper Machine BOM like Conveyor System, Pneumatics System, Lifter and Stacker system, Robotic Gripper’s , Gear Box, Hydraulics system and Raw Materials for machine as per standards based on the Application requirements.
  10. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
  11. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
