Description

Position: Management Executive

Gender: Female

Experience: 0-2 years

Fixed Salary ranges: 7k to 15k per month, depends on possession of suitable skills

There will be 3 months training initially, after successful completion of training eligible for increment, incentives and other benefits of the company.

  • Good in writing letters, correspondence etc..,
  • Smart Thinker with management skills
  • Good at time management skills
  • Good Listener and Proactiveness
  • Well disciplined

Roles & Responsibilities of Female Management Executive are as follow:

  1. Act as “Communicator” between Top management and the internal & External stakeholders.
  2. Taking care of Office Administration
  3. Efficiently communicating through Phone calls / emails letters
  4. Writing professional Letters, correspondence etc..,
  5. Meeting company’s Auditors to support for Accounts and Taxation related tasks
  6. Follow up and ensure to complete all the tasks assigned by the management
  7. Keep track of complete activities on daily basis
  8. Visiting Bank for official documents submissions
  9. Talking to Govt.Officials and submit the necessary documentation works
  10. Smartly handling of critical tasks
  11. Efficient in time management, ensure to finish the tasks within deadline.
  12. Be proactive and keep up with on time task completion
  13. Smartly handling of pressures in work
  14. Applying the management skills and efficiently providing expected results.
