Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, creative, dynamic, and result oriented
individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business
through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business
opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of
current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand the market dynamics, identify the market potential and convert
them in to sales
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Ability to brand and sell our ERP product in the market.
Socialize with business counterparts and understand their needs
Provide strategical inputs to the product development team based on the field
experience
Attitude to be adaptable and multitasking as per the need
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business
2+ years of sales or account management experience in the software product
Sales/Marketing
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Should be willing to travel as needed
