Software Tester (2-4 years)

Job Description:
We are looking for strong Software Testers who have a focus on Quality and
automating the testing of User Experiences and Services. We will depend on these
talented Testers to automate the testing of our eVyoog ERP Product.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to create the automation and manual test process for the company
 Responsible to develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on
functional coverage and convert end-to-end user scenarios to test cases
 Responsible to create test data and thoroughly document defects detected during
test execution

 Execute test procedures and/or scripts either manually or using automated tools to
uncover bugs and regression issues. Track and report on the test execution in a
timely manner with attention given to achieving a high level of quality
Gather and document the outcome of test executions and all information needed to
support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and
coverage
Compare and analyze system behavior vs expected results based on business,
functional and technical requirements. Identify issues, propose system
improvements and perform repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues
Work closely with developers on QA during development and deployment
Should handle Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Regression
testing, Smoke testing, Sanity testing and End to End independently.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Maths/Science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum of 3-4+ years' of experience in Software Testing manual and/or
automated                                                                                                                                                                 Familiar with the testing manual and/or automated concepts, terms, and definitions
 Expected to have a genuine passion for quality and customer focused
 Strong problem solving abilities 
Proficient in written and verbal communication
                                                                                                                                                                                  Prefer To Have Qualifications:
 Experience/knowledge in Programming, Testing Tools and Testing methodologies
 Experience/knowledge in automated testing tools like Selenium or others
 Hands-on experience in testing of web based software applications or products
such as ERP Application/Product

Nice To Have Qualifications:
 Experience/knowledge in test writing tools such as TestRail, TestLink, and
Confluence
 Experience in Software Testing technologies such as STLC, Bug life cycle, Bug
tracking tools, Test case preparation, Security testing
Experience/knowledge of bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, and HP
ALM/QC
Experience/knowledge in testing techniques such as Equivalence partitioning,
