1) Perform All Detailing works such as Car wash,polishing, Wax,etc.,
2) Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as automobile waxing and polishing based on the Company Norms.
3) To Coordinate and support with ASM & CRM for all company related activities with the team members.
4) Supervises personnel engaged in polishing and washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by automatic mechanism.
5) Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary.
6) Resolves customer complaints and Lead the Technical Team in all aspects instructed by the 5K Car care.
7) Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.
8) Keep an eye in stocks of material which is required for services and update frequently to the company through ASM or CRM.
